Droid Infinity provides the application Ultimate Purchase Orders (“the Service”) to merchants who use Shopify to build and maintain their online store. This Privacy Policy provide detailed information on how data is collected, used, and shared when you install or use our apps with your Shopify store.
Merchant Information
When the application is installed on a Shopify Store, the application stores the Full
Name, Company Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Physical Addresses of the merchant
that are necessary for the application functionality. Additionally, this information is
used to communicate with regarding important updates and critical changes that might
affect your usage of the application.
Customer Information
Certain merchants use the application to dropship (ship to customers directly from
suppliers) products. To support this usecase, the application will store the customer
information like Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Shipping Address & Billing
Address. If the application is not used for dropshipping, the application do not store
any customer information.
Third-Party Disclosure
We share your purchase order information like PO Number, Status, etc with Shopify to
support the application functionality. We do not sell, share or trade the information we
collect through the application to outside parties at any cost. We may share your
Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a
subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive.
Data Storage & Security
The security of the information processed through the application is important to
us. All information including Purchase Orders, Supplier Details, Payments are stored in
secure servers located at Council Bluffs, Iowa, United States through cloud services
provided by Google Cloud. To be in-line with Fair Information Practices, should there be
a data breach occur, we will notify you via email within 7 business days.
Data Rentention
We retain the Merchant Information for one year or until you ask us to delete it. We
retain the Purchase orders, Suppliers, and Payments for 3 months or until you ask us to
delete it. To request for a deletion, the application must be uninstalled from the
Shopify store. The data will be deleted within 14 working days from the date of deletion
request is made. We may have to retain some parts of the Merchant Information to comply
with other legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. To make a

Merchant Rights
Droid Infinity would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data
protection rights. Every merchant is entitled to the following:
• The right to access: You have the right to request for copies of your
personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
• The right to rectification: You have the right to request that we
correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request us
to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
• The right to erasure: You have the right to request that we erase your
personal data, under certain conditions mentioned in the 'Data Retention' section of the
policy.
• The right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that we
restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions mentioned in the
'Data Retention' section of the policy.
• The right to object to processing: You have the right to object to our
processing of your personal data, under certain conditions mentioned in the 'Data
Retention' section of the policy.
• The right to data portability: You have the right to request that we
transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you. We
may charge you a small fee for this service.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics in our application to gain insights about User's behavior.
No Merchant information like name, email, or address is tracked/shared with Google
Analytics.
COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.

We may update this privacy policy at any time in order to reflect changes to our
practices or for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. If we make changes to this
policy, we will notify you by email, so that you are aware of information we collect,
how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any.
